Changes to finishing costs in crafting

Each step in crafting a finish now requires the amount produced by the previous step. For example, crafting with 100 stone gives you 90 rough stone, and the next recipe now uses those 90 rather than asking for 100. This removes the need to craft extra materials just to continue to the next step.
